Firstly, we apologise in advance if for any fault of ours, you decide you would like to return your Travel Pantry, and we commit to making the process as easy as possible, given the following returns guidelines.
Our returns policy lasts 30 days. If more than 30 days have gone by since your date of purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund (or exchange).
To be eligible for a full refund, your Travel Pantry should be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
We reserve the right to either not refund or provide partial refunds in other cases, but also to provide full refunds based on the details of each case.
To complete your return, please just contact us and let us know that you would like to return (or exchange) the item.
The Travel Pantry should be sent to Travel Pantry Ltd, 18 Canonbury Place,
London N1 2NS.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, although we will refund you your original shipping costs when we process the refund, which we will do within 24 hours of receiving your return. Thank you.
